holass hoy me puse a configurar el modem y casi andubo

pero despues me tiro las iluciones abajo

cuando me dio un error, algo como que el dispositivo no respondia.

mas o menos por lo que vi ahi me detecta la impresora (todavia no la probe) por lo que con el modem no tendria que tener problemas, pero el put#""!$#$#""!#$ modem sigue sin andar. ¿que puede ser?
