Nueva versión de esta aplicación destinada a el diseño y programación web.
Cambios:
* Custom Menu fixes
* Project dialog segmentation fault when clicking the "Browse button"
* CSS Dialog missing properties, small bugfixes
* Bookmark bugfixes
* Color dialog improperly opened when opening the CSS dialog
* Disable debugging output in authen.c
* Spaces not being used to instead of tabs
